HydroClean™ Approved by GreenSpec
Shorewood, IL, September 26, 2007 -- MJSI, Inc.'s HydroClean toilet fill valve has just been selected to appear in GreenBuilding.com's GreenSpec Directory of environmentally friendly building materials.
The Green Spec directory is reserved for products or materials that have the least impact on the environment, that conserve natural resources or that are made from recycled materials. In terms of toilet fixtures, the directory requires that all products meet federal standards, have good performance, save at least 20% of the water utilized during use and continue to maximum performance of waste removal. Field testing has shown the HydroClean to save up to 30% of the water used per flush, without compromising full flush efficiency.
